- The application should be completed to Grama Niladhari in the area. It should be recommended to the social services division with the recommendation of the Grama Niladhari.
- If a person under 60 years of age is applying for a medical condition, a medical certificate is required

Scholarships
- The father, who lost his father, is offering these scholarships to the children who are currently receiving school education.
- A letter that is studying at the school you are learning. (With the signature of the Principal)
- Copy of the birth certificate

- A Grama Niladhari letter that is a low income source
- Certificate from a Medical Practitioner for Disability
- The housing plan and the estimate from technical officers
- Birth Certificate or photocopy of the identity card to confirm the age
- For more than Rs. 250000, documents or other documents, how to get the bigger amount
